The Journal follows a publication policy aimed at maximizing readers’ access to published content while ensuring the durability, quality, and reliability of the publication.

The access policy includes three main elements: publication in Open Access mode, embargo periods for selected article versions, and principles of archiving, self-archiving, and long-term preservation of published content.

Open Access Publication

Authors have the option to publish their articles in Open Access, meaning that the final version of the article is made freely and permanently available to readers at the time of publication.

In the case of Open Access publication, authors may be required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Open Access articles are published under an open license, at least in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license or an equivalent agreed with the publisher. This allows reproduction, distribution, and citation, provided proper attribution is given to the authors.

Authors are advised to verify whether their institutions or funding bodies require a specific type of license or access route.

Archiving and Availability

The Publisher ensures long-term archiving of the official version of the article within the publishing system and/or in national or international digital repositories.

Articles published in Open Access mode, or made available after an embargo period, will remain freely accessible online and will be indexed in bibliographic and citation databases.

Policy Updates

The Editorial Office reserves the right to update the access policy in response to changes in funding requirements or legislation related to Open Access.
