The Journal does not require the transfer of copyright to the publisher; authors are only required to grant a non-exclusive license for the publication and distribution of the article in Open Access.
Authors are responsible for the originality of their work and for ensuring that all elements of the article comply with publication ethics standards.
3. Publication License
All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
This license allows for copying, distribution, and adaptation of the content, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper credit is given to the authors, a link to the original publication is included, and any modifications are indicated.
4. Reuse of Materials
Authors may freely use their own articles, including:
- archiving them,
- depositing them in repositories,
- using them in teaching,
- incorporating them into other scientific publications.
For materials sourced from other publications, authors must obtain permission from the copyright holders. Information about such permissions should be included in the article to avoid infringement.
5. Archiving
The Journal ensures long-term preservation of all published content. Articles are archived in digital repositories, guaranteeing their long-term availability and stable access over time.
6. Self-Archiving
Authors have the full right to deposit the published version of their article in institutional repositories, on personal websites, and in academic platforms.
No embargo periods apply.
7. Citation of Articles
Any reuse of content from the Journal requires full bibliographic citation of the original article.
This is not only a requirement of the license but also a standard of good scientific practice, enabling readers to identify and access the original source.
8. Author Responsibilities
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
- the work is original,
- it does not infringe third-party rights,
- it has not been previously published.
Authors also agree to disclose any conflicts of interest and indicate sources of research funding, if applicable.
